The thing about Carlos Mencia is that he takes jokes without permission from other Comedians. Usually when other Comedians take jokes from others, they always get permission first, Carlos doesn't. And apperently most of Carlos' sketches are not original, and are stolen mateiral.
Now do I care about all of that? No...

My Opinion on Carlos Mencia? He's the Stereotypical Racist Comedian. Stereotype jokes and Racist Jokes. Why people don't find him funny? Because his delivery is trash. When you look at him, he just looks like some fat racist guy just ranting about random shit. He tries entirely too hard. My advice for him and for those who don't get it, take your time and watch other Comedians like Dave Chappelle. Chappelle is a Super Racist Comedian, but his Delivery is Gold...
