I cant believe som people dont find this funny. i just played it for a guy at work having watched it three time at the weekend and it still makes me laugh. The delivery is great, its subtle but believable. Who cant find it funny?...people who dont like comedy or who think comedy starts and ends with Benny Hill (americans???? not all but many i'm sure)

I laughed. Maybe you have to be a Brit. It is deadpan. Plus his accent suggests a Wekshman from a small village; thus innocent. And as stated his delivery; especially the dialogue between him and the girl. It is well written and delivered. We all wish we had written it.

I fly about 40 weeks a year domestically, and found this hilarious and tragic at the same time; at least with the security requirements at least it's tracked, but I've had bags fly to cities where that airline does not even have routes (Memphis, TN; Halifax, Nova Scotia; Paris, France). The reaction of the baggage claim people is priceless.
