There was no true apology and this clip was cut off making it sound like she did. She goes on to saying "Sorry for those people who felt hurt - were teased on the playground." Nothing about apologizing and owning up to what she said, and admitting what she did was wrong. Instead she continued saying "There's a good chance of doing something like that again." Purposeful or not, it's still ignorant.
