It gives me chills because you see her family. You see nicholas, Alexei, Tatiana, Olga and Maria with Anastasia all together. *Sniff*
Nice to meet you! ^^
God save the Tsar! :(
ive heard that it was,
but what about the evil part,
thats not true, is it?
cant be.
pretty song, i love the movie.
it was sad, her losing her memories
or her family and identity, and losing
her family.
A few years later, some people found bodies but only 9 out of 11. Rumors spread that Anastasia had survived and tons of women claimed to be the Grand Duchess.
A famous imposter was named Anna Anderson. Her claimes started this whole thing.
This film by Don Bluth was based after the old film Anastasia starring Ingrid Bergman, where the girl was named Anna.
Anya is the Russian derogative for Anna. So, this film is sort of based on the rumors that Anastasia could have survived, but just lost all her memories.
Dimitri, Vlad and Sophie, as far as I know, are fictional.
Rasputin was a monk that the Empress (Anastasia' mom) highly depended upon. It was said that he had holy powers that could heal anastasia's younger brother (who had hemophilia).
But many thought he was the reason why the emperor's dynasty was declining because he had a big influence on Anastasia' mom. He was later assassinated by some
So, the cartoon film is highly fictional. they do have a few things right, like little details about anastasia and her family, but the whole thing about her surviving is wrong.
They found two of the missing bodies a while back. So all the claims of a survivor are false.
It's basically a fairytale to a real tragedy.
But it's still a good movie. :) and yes, the song is awesome! This rivals with the best of Disney.
I hope I didn't bore you with the long story.
thats interesting;
thankyou:]
