i dont believe it stops ur growth spurt cuz im 5'7 and the docs said im gonna be 6'3 by highschool
i run a 40 yd. dash in 5.69 sec.
im the healtinest i can be right now and im gonna stay like that

40m in 5.69secs,
70lbs. on bench lol
when i was in 7th grade (age 13)my time in the 40m was 4.9,
my bench was 175 lbs.
i'm a junior now and i run a 4.46 in the 40m
i bench 235
and i'm only 5'7
and 155lbs.

i'm only 5'7 age 17 i don't think i'll be growing anytime soon,
lol
but yeah i started at age 11,
at age 12 i was lifting over my bodyweight,
i guess it is bad for you,
lol
but idc i love my body its what i want and well there's lots of bodybuilders that are short!!!
