You aren't going to get anywhere without eating enough to gain muscle. To gain muscle you have to eat excess calories. That's the thing most people fuck up. Dieting to lose is harder cause the harder you try to lose the deeper into starvation mode your body will go. Cut 250 cals and if you lose 2 pounds in a week then you're doing good. If not then cut 250 more. You won't gain muscle when cutting cals unless you have a lot of fat.

Hi everybody. I started workout about 2-3 months ago. I also have a very healthy diet. Results show and Im proud of myself. I had a belly and dont have anymore and starting to see the sixpack. The thing I want to know is : will I get bigger in muscle if I do 45min-1h workout once a day, 7 days a week? Sometimes I do the 45min-1h workout twice a day, it depends of my planning. Thanks for telling me if thats enough to build muscle.

Uhm, here in DK it is only allowed to go to the fitness center at the age of 16, but my fysiotherapist says, that you're growing faster, if you're training, but only if you don't pass your limit. There is a reason why your body will hurt, if you train too much.

The recommend amount of training is only once every 2nd day. I prefer to train everyday, while I were training, but everyone recommmed me to do it every 2nd day, so it's up to you, what you're going to do. But I'm certain, that twice a day is way too much.

when i was in 7th grade (age 13)my time in the 40m was 4.9,
my bench was 175 lbs.
i'm a junior now and i run a 4.46 in the 40m
i bench 235
and i'm only 5'7
and 155lbs.
